Read this and you will know why I think they are gay. I hope they do not go through with making this movie. I love them both sooo much!
Fans of magazine gossip are campaigning for Pirates Of The Caribbean co-stars Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp to star in a gay love scene together. When readers of Jane magazine were asked who they'd cast as homosexual lovers in a Brokeback Mountain sequel, they unanimously gave the movie pirates their vote.
Depp has already admitted his Pirates of the Caribbean character, Captain Jack Sparrow, has a gay quality about him, insisting his research suggested many pirates were bisexual. In one recent interview, the movie hunk said, "Pirates went to sea for years at a time. You're lonely... you have an extra ration of rum... 'Cabin boy!'"

You're basing this on fans of a gossip magazine and their crusade for a gay love scene and the fact that Depp says his character is gayish? You made quite a leap from fantasy to reality with this one. Do you really think this scene is ever going to happen? If so, you're very gullible and ought not to believe everything you see in print.

A lot of actors have played gay men at one time or another: Jake Gyllenhaal, Heath Ledger, Tom Hanks, Sacha Baron Cohen, even The Rock. None of them are gay in real life. If Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom play gay men, so what? They would just be playing characters in a movie.

I doubt they're gay because Johnny Depp is married and Orlando Bloom is always dating girls but regardless of my opinion don't you have anything better to do than sit around and wonder if people are gay or not? For your sake I hope you do.

I don't think they're gay. For one, Johnny Depp has a common law marriage with a french woman, and orlando is always on the dating scene. I think you are reading way too much into just a flippant comment.

ok so the answer is a big fat NO. For one thing, Orlando Bloom and I are in love..He just doesnt know it..lol...I can see Depp being Bi, but not gay.. he just has that quirky quality about him...Depp is not, however, bi with Bloom, because I give Orlando everything he needs..at least in my dreams anyway.. hope this clears it up for ya..
