I own a Zune, and Im sure its a lot better than Ipod Video, has a lot more features than Ipod, plus a larger screen. i respect people that like Ipods, In fact, I like Ipods too, I just know that Zune is better. i would like to hear some comments about this conversation.

I truly love my Zune. I feel it is a way different experience over the iPod. What pisses me off is that people believe the Zune is sh** and is a piece of crap because it is made by Microsoft and not by Apple. People, clear your head of anything bad you have heard of it (truly clear your mind) and give it a decent try. You might be changed, you might not. Everyone has different tastes. I personally really like the Zune.
One of my favorite features is the upgradeable firmware. If they want to add features they can. :D
Oh, and by the way. If players like the Zune didn't hit the market your little iPods wouldn't get any better and you wouldn't be forced to purchase another player just because it is the latest, greatest iPod.

The only meaningful advantage Zune has over ipod is the ability to share (with limited use) between two Zunes. Now how many other people with Zunes have you found to do this with? Okay, it has an FM tuner too.
But other than that it costs the same $249 as a 30GB video ipod - and Apple is the gold standard for media players. Add $30 for the tuner for the ipod if you really want the FM feature too. Not everybody neeeds that.
Plus don't forget Zune is a Microsoft product. People love the ability to choose to not buy a Microsoft product.
Upgradable firmware is not unique to Zune. Itunes can update the ipod's firmware, e.g. to support the new Nike receiver.

i just know ipod is better. i've got a 30GB video, and i love it. the zunes are simply vommit inducing. the screen size doesn't really matter to me, and the ipods videos are overall much smaller, so i just like the videos better.

1st .. everyone goes i pod its too common.
2nd you got the synchronize ability.
3rd and the most important its easy to use and will bring many advance features with the new Microsoft products like windows vista.
4th you buyed it now **** i pod zunes the best coz you have it
