I have three cats and constantly cleaning off the furniture and vacuming. Is there anything you do that may help me keep things less hairy?

Yes I brush them every day.

Maybe give them baths regularly to get rid of the old hair that stays on them.
Comb them also.

Brush the cats out to remove some of the excess hair.

I had this same problem and getting rid of the cats WAS NOT AN OPTION! They are part of the family!
I no longer have the hair problem!
My vet offers a service where he "strip clips" my cats when I take them in for their teeth cleaning. He shaves them completely and they get a bath all in the same day.
Also -- feed them the best food you can find!

try to brush your pet a lot almost every day so some hair gets out. it is good to have a lint roller around and put blankets where the pet sits or sleeps to prevent hair everywhere

Yes...U should shave your cats...that way they look cool and they won't shed on yer furniture! shave the entire body except the head and a tuft of fur on the end of the tail! that way your cats will look like mini lions...

Try this,use the pet shedder it really works!!! Try to take them to a groomer and get a new haircut for your animals that will stop shedding until it is time for a new cut

trade them in for Egyptian hairless?
ewwwww .... ummm can you brush them every day? You can buy special pet brushes that take out excess fur. I've used them for dogs.

No, I don't do anything special, I just have dog hair all over my house. I guess it doesn't bother me that much.
