We also need more male mothers!
Maybe you should offer females more
”attractive”, well-paid jobs.

Teaching is a traditionally female profession, and so doesn't have the same esteem as, say doctors and lawyers, even though most teachers have the same amount of education (if not more) than lawyers. Many men leave teaching because of this low esteem, and the low pay.
