go to the doctor. i had a similar problem a few months ago. he thought it was migraines....

Yes, That is a sign of strain on your brain. You might want to consult a physician. Also, this might sound crazy but if you have ever had any old water leaks in your home it could cause the growth of the very dangerous mold called stachybotrys that can lead to extreme headaches. SOunds cra\zy but it happened to me. NOw everytime i exert myself my brain/head starts to hurt. Check for any old water leaks and black mold.

It could also be high blood pressure. If you aren't breathing right your blood pressure can skyrocket during the exertion of weight lifting. Get to a doctor before you lift again.
