Thereby taking it off the front page and basically limiting discussion on a matter . Isnt this censorship ,in a sneaky kind of way ?

How do you know this? Is there a time stamp from the time the question is posted to the time it appears? Where there a bunch of questions that came in at the same time? Do they download in batches every 10 or 15 minutes?

I haven't encountered that problem but I have had one or two questions not post but I write that off as a glitch in the program.
