Yes, you can watch TV on your computer, just connect the Cable TV cable to the Tuner on back of computer.
Drop much, doubtful, since Vista just came out, other than ON SALE offers, prices won't lower anytime soon......

A, yes, and they are wireless.
B, yes, there is a co-ax input on the back. Plug in your cable/satellite connection and you are good to go. Nothing else is required.
C. I do not expect prices to drop at all on Vista PCs in the next 2 months.
