It's called racism. It is bullying, it's not acceptable and you shouldn't have to put up with it.

These are not the best of times for immigrants in this Country, & unfortunately you happen to be in the middle of it. Other than keeping your "cool", holding on to your self-respect, and ignoring the ignorance of those who'd give you a hard time, -there's really not much you can do about it. If it helps at ALL; remember THIS the next time someone hassles you: the ONLY people who are NOT from here- are the American Indians. All the rest are JUST LIKE YOU!!!- & their ancesters put up with the SAME thing that you're going through! :)

Well if it is a problem of them just being plain stupid, then nothing I tell you can make up for it.
However, from how your English is written, I also suppose you have quite the thick accent and trouble understanding English. The thicker your accent and harder to understand what you are saying, the quicker and stronger the assumption people will have of you being unintelligent, and automatically will treat you as being unintelligent, despite whatever the reality may be. From what you are telling us, they shout at you. Ever shouted at someone during a conversation because you felt they didn't understand a word you were saying. They shout at you for they feel the same way.
If you can afford to do so, hire a speech therapist to aid you in this manner. If not affordable, find some ways within your means so you can.

no they are ignorant. a smart person would try to learn more about your culture and country, but the whole labeling thing, i supposefeels necessary to do when someone doesnt understabnd change or something different. id just hang out with the other foreign kids, and remember alot of the kids who make fun of you haven been in this country their whole lives, and some of them speak english worse than you do. you no matter what have the advantage. youve got two countries you can live and communicate in (as far as language) and you have your unique culture that makes you stand out. conforming to be like those aorund you is overrated. you should curse them out in your lanuage then call them stupid for not understanding you, lol.

You think you've got problems. I was born in Cheshire and lived there for 16 years. I then moved to Devon and have lived here for 19 years. People still call me a northerner even though I've lived here longer!
Seriously, though, people will be people and will always label others. All you can do is ignore it.

To be fair, your English is no worse than some of the divvys that come on here, so don't take it to heart.
Perhaps it time to stop wearing the Lederhosen though...
