I have had stinky feet as well. What i found works is of course foot powder (a soilders best friend) also find a pair of moisture wicking socks under armor is the most popular but others are out thare. the third is to find a pair of shoes that lets the air circulate around your feet. A pair of leather dress shoes dose nto do this however a pair of sneaker types will.

LOL - just use foot powder, like gold bond, equate, etc...Maybe wash your feet and use some deodarant soap before putting on socks (make sure your feet are real dry before applying any powder and don't use a lot to begin with. Then just put some in the shoes you're going to be wearing that day, maybe some on top of your socks and feet before you put on your shoes and voila!!! Your feet are less smelly! And, they should be less smelly when you take your shoes and socks off at the end of the day. Your girlfriend should be impressed. Good luck!

So..
If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.
Bye

I am not a dancer and this may not be the best answer, but I want to help. Is it possible to wear socks with your dance shoes? I get the smallest socks I can to wear with my tennis shoes because otherwise I have to wash them constantly from the stench of feet. I don't see any problem with putting antiperspirant on your feet, even the gel. I haven't tried it, but I think it may help you. When you take a shower, try filing your feet (callouses) as soon as you get out and then put foot lotion on them, then socks. If you put antiperspirant on your feet it may dry them out and that is why I suggested this treatment after a shower. It will keep your feet in nice shape.

Put your shoes in a bag in the freezer - kills any bacteria
Then wear only 100% cotton or 100% wool socks
If you have enough room in your shoes wearing thin cotton with wool over the top is even better.
It'll probably cost you a bit more than "blend" socks - I tried a few sprays, powders etc - lot of money with little result, the best probably turned out to be bi-carb of soda sprinkled in the shoes at night, then tipped out in the morning

You are probably sweating a lot so before you put your socks on, sprinkle some powder on your feet to keep them dry. Also buy sports socks that are made of fabric that wicks away sweat (Under Armour makes them, as well as Reebok, Adidas etc. - look in sporting goods store for them.) If that does not help, try seeing a doctor, maybe he/she can prescribe you something for this.

First cut out the sugar and sweet bakery goods from your diet, it produces yeast and makes the feet stink. If you don't eat a lot
of sugar you might have a fungus and that needs a doctors attention. In the meantime try the sugar starches thing and change your socks. You can get also powder from Dr. Scholl in your drug store and put that into your socks and shoes.
