Does anybody know the name of this sitcom from 1999-2000? It had a rabbit in it, a Count Dracula type muppet.

It had real people living in a world with muppet-type people. They cussed and they worked in a film studio. Can anybody tell me the name of it? It came on in the evenings on regular television. The rabbit and this dude shared an apartment. Thanks.
