Goldwater ran for president in 1964. Limbaugh was born in 51. (so no)

Goldwater was elected as senator from Arizona several times (last in 1980) but Limbaugh never lived in Arizona. So again no.

You can be your sweet bippy on that. Limbaugh would never cast a Democratic vote. So if he was able to get to the polls, yes.
