That shouldn't be a problem. You might watch the white skirts, while they aren't known to be big time fin nippers, it's always possible.

I personally would not suggest putting guppies with skirted tetras because the tetras will get bigger than the guppies and they will start to bully them and nip their fins. I would advise choosing one or the other for best success. But a buddy of mine has these fish but he has them in a 55 gallon tank where there is alot of room for them to move and live more safe. Tail nipping might ocure, but for the most part it should be fine. If they seem particularily more agressive than you though they would be, put them in seperate tanks.
