The last pharaoh of Egypt was Cleopatra VII. She was the one who had the affair with Julius Caesar. Egypt was taken over by the Romans and didn't have a pharaoh after that.

The Greeks conquered Egypt in about 330 BC. They installed their own set of Greek rulers. All the males were called Ptolemy and all the females were called Cleopatra. Cleopatra VII was the last of this line.

Yes she was the last Pharoah:

"In the end, defeated, Antony committed suicide and Cleopatra, according to legend, committed suicide by putting an asp to her breast.
During the reigns of the later Ptolemies Rome had become hungry guardian of the dynasty. Only tribute paid the Romans kept them at bay. With Cleopatra's death, rule of Egypt finally passed to the Romans."
