How do i get good grades but still not look like a nerd?

I am an A and B student. I am not going to stop getting good grades but i don't want to look like a nerd.HELP ME!

there is nothing wrong be being smart and getting good grades, you won't be enrd when you get into a good college and then get a job that you love and pays well later on in life. all the popular kids in my school where the ones that went to class and were in honors classes, the burnouts were the losers.

While keeping your grades up, also start developing a great sense of humor and talk to everyone as your peers. Don't talk
down to anyone or over the other classmates heads.If you keep
bragging about how smart you are, you will have few friends but
I remember when I was in school years ago, the most popular
students and well liked students were not always the jocks or
those that hung out with the cliques. It was usually a well liked
student who was very bright but very friendly that got ahead and
was never called a nerd. Personality is the name of the game.

i know someone who used to get all A's and was still friends with the "popular" kids..

honestly, look at your priorities
which is better?
spending 2-4 years looking like a "nerd" than living the rest of your young adulthood and adulthood on the streets?

i honestly don't see why people think they're going to be "nerds" if they get good grades

I kept myself back in grades, and missed my scholarships, etc.
There is a whole life outside of school, and when the nerds come back for the reunion, they'er doing usually much better than the rest of the crowd.
Go be a nerd!

Well, let me tell you this ... I am in college and I have a 3.7GPA. Yes, I study a lot but I am def. not looked at as a nerd. You just have to learn to keep your studying to yourself and trick people into thinking that you're not the kind of person that studies a lot. Go out on the weekends but learn to maintain your studying habits and dont get sidetracked.

If you are getting A's and B's, then you don't have time to waste on people who judge you with negative names. If you walk with your head high and your conscience clear, there is nothing to be ashamed of and nothing for you to explain to anyone!

Be proud of your work, you earned every grade and every point. Who is going to make fun of you? the burnouts? The lazy kids in the back? the troublemakers who aren't going to get promoted along with you? Why do you care what they think?

If anyone says anything negative about your "good" grades or hard work, then yes they are jealous of your effort. Don't let them pull you back into their sea of failure! You have too much going for you to care about lazy, ignorant kids who want you to fail.

being smart and doing good in school does not make you a nerd.it means that you.ve been studying and keeping up with your school work,you can still dress in jeans with a cool t shirt and some cool sneakers'aqnd still do your best in school.if i were you i would be proud of myself and give your self a big pat on the back for being smart and getting all your work done...clothes don;t make the person' the feelings and how you present yourself makes the person.....ps your mom and dad did a good job raising such a great person....good luck and keep up the good work,,,

get good grades hang out with a lot of peole go out to partys have fun nobody will see you as a nerd if your going out to places and hanging around with alot of cool people but dont get bad grades just to make yourself look cooler

Well just study hard but also have fun do your home work right and then go out and dress tottally cool I make good grades and I still am cool try it

You can get good grades but dont tell anyone what you got just lie about it.
