I have been in this relationship for a year and a half, but I'm getting so anoyyed because I want to go out with my friends sometimes but my boyfriend doesn't want me to with my friends cuz he thinks I'm going to go with other guys. He should have to trust me, I love him and all but his jealousy gets me so mad, I can't go anywhere cuz he thinks I'll cheat on him but when he wants to go out I don't say **** cuz I trust him. If he had trust on me I probably wouldn't have to hide the few times I went out with my friends before, why are you guys like that!!!!!

Pride, always comes down to foolish pride. Man hide the fact that they run on emotions too and alot of the time there not able to react with their partner in such a way that allows them to feel satisfied with the relationship. He is holding resentments for you over something ether large or small. He could have just plain issues with trusting females. The fact is he needs to except that maybe he just can't be happy with you, not your fault of course. Because typically he wasn't happy before you. Men make the mistake of thinking it is about sex when it really comes down to "making love". Its only when it becomes such an intense experience that only you two can share because of the history and feelings you have for each other that people can really feel confident. He still thinks you can find better out there then him and it hurts him. Its up to you to decide if he should know better by now or you havn't really been honest about how much this guy means to you. But the only real cure is communcation. With out it welcome to frustration.
