When did this occur? Where? Were authorities notified? Your other notice says 5 months ago, what is the story?How do you know the boat capsized? did they find that?

Worked in the ocean all my life . As the water gets warmer you should get the evidence you need. Bodies tend to stay down in colder water. Lets pray he is simply missing . Unless this was in the open ocean there should be a body . Praying fro you!
