It doesn't matter to the left. They don't care that we're treated to new scares by environmentalists every decade. We've had Global cooling, acid rain, ozone hole, and now Global Warming. Give it another couple years and they'll start complaining about some other global disaster in the making that can only be solved by eliminating Capitalism.

Denying global warming is, to me, is no different than holocaust denial. Back in the 70's we discovered that the use of aerosol cans had a detrimental effect on the atmosphere. So does the exhaust of internal combustion engines as well as numerous other products, all of which have been attacked over the years and improved on. Some "scientists" will say anything to keep getting their funding. Politicians (like Gore) will repeat what those "scientists" say in order to feed their aganda. An amateur geologist can dig a hole and show you different hues in the soil and rocks that show warming and cooling trends of the Earth over millions of years.
