I would start with one or two cups and see how you feel. It does have some caffeine naturally, unless you buy a decaf version. I would caution against consuming too much, because it might produce stomach acid.

In order to reap the benefits of green tea you should drink at least 4 cups a day. You can also drink up to 10 if you really want to ....at least thats what it says on the Yoggi tea box (slim life) You can also go to there web site and read up about it . Good luck.
