I plan on getting a 89' or 92' 2Dr. Blazer, I was wondering if anyone knew where I can get some interior pics of one and how many people it could hold.

The 92 Blazers were the first generation new body Blazers. They look great when they are fixed up. They hold 4 people comfortably.

S10 or full-size? S10 can hold 4 people comfortably, and 5 can fit, but it is a squeeze. Full-size can hold 3 in the rear, and 2 or 3 in the front depending if it was equipped with the optional front bench seat or not, for either a total of 5 or 6.
For pictures, pull up the same body style on eBay, and check out their pictures. A lot of visual information available there.
