You have yourself a pregnant little piggy! congratulations!
The babies should be born in a couple of weeks time now. They are adorable! just like mini versions of mum.
if you have any other guinea pigs then you should remove them in a week to reduce the risk of the birth. most guinea pig births are trouble free, but make sure you have the number of a vet, because if you see her straining for more than 10 mins, or screaming when she is giving birth then you will need to get her to a vet.
Good luck :)

okay first of all.. not to be mean, but did you really have to write the whole thing in caps?
You're probably best to bring her to a vet, if she's only 3 months old and pregnant, it could be a big problem.
If she's not checked out by a vet, her and/or her babies could die. Also, try not to hold her unless you really need to.
If you think she may be pregnant, handling her too much could be very stressful for her, and could be dangerous for her babies.
Try to make sure she's getting plenty of alfalfa hay, and timothy hay, so that both she and her babies can be strong.
Once the babies are gone, you can stop giving her alfalfa, but keep up with the timothy hay, all ginea pigs need it.
But most importantly, take her to a vet.
You shouldn't take any chances in situations like this, or it could mean your piggy's life.

I would say that you have a pregnant little girl and that she is about due. There is no other reason for the movement other then she is pregnant.
You may want to take her down to a specialized small animals vet, and have her looked at. The vet can also tell you all the special care she and the babies need. It is also best to take are to a vet because she is a little young, most females are best breed at about 5 to 6 months old. So there could be complications that you need to be aware of that only a good specialized small animals vet can tell you.
Good Luck.

rolling tummy, shes pregnant. Digestion and gas wont move the entire stomach. It will feel like little bubbles if its digestion. There isnt really any other reason for her stomach to be moving to the point you can feel it. Is she Pear shaped? A fat guinea is fat all around not normal, than her stomach fans out to a pear shape. Shes not too young to be pregnant. Heres a way to find out. Sit quietly on a chair, prefreabably a straight backed one. Set piggy in your lap with her head facing you. Now cup your hands around her belly lightly with your fingertips lightly against both side of her belly. Sit quietly, dont let her move she will calm down. Sit for a few minutes maybe up to 5. The babies will begin to move when mom settles down. If its strong fluid movements you are close to having baby pigs. Seperate her from any males you have if shes with them, and just increase her alphalpha nad fruit snack intake. Be sure shes comfortable and the area around her is quiet and secluded. Give her a hide out box, and in a few weeks maybe sooner you might be suprised by a couple pups huddled under her for warmth. Sometimes shes so good at hiding them you need to pick her up to see them. They will be fully furred, eyes open, and running around eating a few hours after birth. You can pick them up and examine them its good to socialize them right away but not for too long, let them snuggle and be together for a few days to get used to each other. If she has more than two, remember guinea pigs have only 2 teats and she needs to let them take turns to feed, If one is smaller than the other take the stronger out for a little while so the weaker one gets proper amounts of food. Ive rasied guinea pigs for 17+ years. professionally and have a rescue.

Your guinea pig doesnt seem pregnant, merely typically round. lol. at the same time as guinea pigs get prego their stomaches get huge. also if she were with a male 60 days in the past she might want to be close to to having the toddlers so she might want to might want to be highly enormous at this factor. wish I helped!
