What country's flag is this?

I have a picture of a flag atleast I think it is a flag. It looks just like a flag, so I'm guessing it is. I just wanted to know from what country this so-called flag was from. The flag is divided into two parts, with the dividing line in the middle. The top half of the flag is orange and the bottom half is white. What country's flag could this be?

The Orange and White Flag

Have you ever observed little ones walking in the woods,
Looking for Orange and White Flags hanging in trees,
And experienced the excitement that they display,
When the first Orange and White Flag one of them sees?

If not, you have missed the miracle of youth,
The thrill as they run their route,
The stuff that makes the world go around,
Of what it's really all about.

To see them run, jump and laugh,
To hear the tall tales of suspense,
To watch them reason where they might be,
Perhaps an Orange and White Flag to see.

But in their quest they seem to have time
To make up a song or two to sing,
To ease the suspense of not knowing for sure,
What challenges life may have for them to endure.

I suppose we could all learn from the experiences of youth,
About life's search for the Orange and White Flag.
For when we stop and take time for a song,
However difficult the course, we can never go wrong.

India, and Niger(yes that's a country) are close coz they have whit middles and circles in the middles
there is no country that's only orange and white
