My gyno told me to wear cotton underwear or no underwear at all. Your kitty needs to breath or you can get bacterial problems.

I like going comando. Plus I saw a piece Oprah did that said going comando from time to time is good for you. Lets the body breathe and what not.

What an odd question.

My wife and I both sleep nude. She only wears panties if she is menstruating. Other than that, I really can't explain why ANYBODY wears clothes to bed. I mean think about it...you get dressed to go to bed!

In the morning, you have to undress just so that you can re-dress and go to work! Kinda silly really.

Plus sleeping nude just feels better.

It is healthy to get some air down there as often as possible. Just think what happens in dark moist areas after time, keep it fresh and airy. My doc even told me to blow dry it after showers. I hear of women always getting yeast infections etc, never had a problem. As opposed to what someone else said, I think you are more likely to get an infection with them than without them. Also the girl who said cotton is right too, i.e. lets it breathe.

No, for health resons, you don't want to be all covered up 23/7 as it will add to your chances of yeast infection. Give your body a rest from panties at overnight.

It is better if you do not. No panties = It lets your skin breath down there. It is true. Gynoclogist reccomend it.

Though you do have to wear a bra, best if you wear a bra 24;7 breast wont sag.

Under nighties , you wouldn't need to, under pj's, probably. Depends on comfortable you are, or whether you have kids or not. Don't want any morning surprises.Try it, only you'll know.
