Go to Control Panel then select Mouse then select Pointers then go through the items for which you want to change the cursor (like, in your case, maybe, Default?) and find a large .cur image file to replace the current cursor image.

It's all about nutrition and exercise. I would suggest a modified low carb diet and exercise daily. Two days of weight training and three of cardio weekly will make your cursor grow. Remember to say your prayers at night also. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man's cursor bigger in size!
