If you ovulate one month, is there still a possibility of your period being delayed to the next month? (Because of stress maybe)

Absolutely you could be missing your period because of stress. Knowing your fertility though, reassures you to no end about that. I've been using the Fertility Awareness Method (NOT the rhythm method) and not only does the author of the book mention delays in your period, she mentions what part of your cycle it is okay to be delayed in (before ovulation) and which part it *isn't* okay to be delayed in (after ovulation).

Well if you are not sexually active, yes stress has a lot to do with your cycles. Besides stress, if you are athletic and you are small for your age or work out with weights and have muscle mass these are all things that will affect your period.
