Steve Irwin. More people will understand your project because Steve Irwin is more widely known, being the "Crocodile Hunter" and dying a tragic death last year.

Steve Irwin because he did alot more than Jack Hanna and he was more inspirational than Hanna.

steve irwin was a great guy, but jack hanna might be a better way to draw attention to local conservation efforts. his work at the columbus zoo was something i always enjoyed growing up. i think focusing on people who have impacted us in the united states might really help illuminate for some kids the **** they can influence.

Either one could work. I'd actually say Jack Hanna because he's been around a lot longer yet fewer people know who he is. the fact that he's not as well known would make for a more interesting project.
