Tight end sounds like a good fit. Gain some more weight though if you want to play TE. You need to be able to block and have endurace. LB could be an option for you as well.....

Your to small for an LB, if you can get to 180-Lbs or 190-Libs you can be a good CB. For RB, you might want to get to 200-Lbs. Our middle school RB is currently 6'2" 220-Lbs. so it all depends on what your coach's think and how big your competion is.

are you athletic or just big? what size and build are your parents?
It would probably be best to let your coach figure this out. This not a question you can really answer over the internet.

Well for one thing your build sounds quite thin to thin to play line backer you'd be blown over
