Look in the phone book under body shop, detailing, bumper repair or even dents if they have a dent section.

Look for names like Dent Wizard, Dent Masters, etc. These are Paintless Dent Removal companies. They repair your type of work for a living. The cost will be way below your insurance deductible and be done in a matter of a few minutes to a few hours.

You can also call up any car dealership and ask them who they use for a PDR, Paintless Dent Removal company to service their inventory. They can give you a number.

As long as the paint isn't cracked or flaked off, they can fix this. I work beside these guys day in and day out, for I do the paint repair work.

Depends on the exact damage. If the metal has been stretched or has a crease in it, it will cost more than if it is just pushed in a bit. If the paint has been damaged in any way, this will cost more. Could cost anywhere between $300 and $1500. Most repair shops dealing with body work give free estimates so you can get the best deal. I would get several places to do a free estimate, and pick the one with the best quality work for the best price.
