Anyone here work, or know someone who works, in the computer science field (be it programming or systems maintenance or help desk or what have you)? About how much time do people working in the field usually spend on learning and upgrading their skills outside of work?

I think 2 hours on an average, everyday should be good enough and will keep you abreast on the latest developments.
