Are you sure you ovulated last week-did you make this determination based on OPKs and/or charting fertility signs like BBT, or is it just a guess based on the calendar, and the idea that people ovulate on day 14? If you're guessing at the idea, or using the day 14 thing, it's quite likely that you didn't ovulate last week as you think, but that your ovulating around now. If you used OPKs or fertility signs, remember that some women also have an increase in slipperty discharge close to menstruation that can be mistaken for ovulation discharge and it's very likely a normal part of your cycle, but also that pregnancy, for many people, brings a noticable increase in discharge as well.

Uh oh...well there could be a million things going on...to many to list here but I do have a list on our message center...let me just say this here though..

ovulation is not white nor creamy, it is thin and slimy - like egg whites...and cervical mucus after conception is not again creamy...it is thicker but not like cottage cheese or anything, still a little runny...hard to explain...so

If it is more clear than white, it means you are ready to conceive. That is the best time to try.
