As you know, rearing is not the best trick to teach a horse. But if you really want to and are going to be very careful when she is around other people, I'll give you some pointers. Start with her on a lunge line. Grab a dressage whip and you are ready to rock. Stand about 10 feet away from her at an angle from her shoulder. Tap the whip on the ground or wave it in the air, do whatever agitates her. She will try everything at first, backing, running away, etc. When she does that just bump on the lunge line gently to keep her nose pointed at you. She will soon get frustrated and rear. As soon as she gets her front feet back on the ground, praise her. Do this only a couple times and she will be rearing at the slightest movement of that whip, so be careful.

Definitely try the bow. I teach all my youngin's to bow before breaking them out.

I would not recommend teaching your horse any trick that is dangerous and puts you or other people in harm.
After teaching your horse a trick it becomes a learned behavior that your horse does without thinking twice. You may have a sound happy horse right now but if your horse comes across a scary object or obstacle his reaction may be to rear which could cause the horse to fall back on you or put other people that ride or are around your equine in danger. Teaching this behavior can be deadly.
Instead teach your horse something useful such as how to bow or lift his feet on a cue or maybe even dancing.
Stay away from any trick that would be considered an aggressive or inappropriate behavior if you weren't trying to train your horse to do tricks.

Please don't. It's a fight reaction for horses not something to entertain. It is also very dangerous because the horses balance is delicate, and if he loses it, then he could fall on top of you and kill you. The only horses that are trained to rear are racking horses. If your talking about racking then that's a different story. I'm sorry I don't know anything about the sport, but I have seen a lot of books on the subject. Try searching some on the internet and see if you find any that catch your eye or are sold at a local bookstore.
