I am looking for a copy of "Ratha's Creature" by Clare Bell. Does anybody know for sure where I can buy a copy of it in Canada (used or new) So far I have had no luck finding it locally :(

www.bestbookbuys.com compiles prices and inventory from alibris.com, abebooks.com, half.com and other online booksellers.

http://www.bestwebbuys.com/books/search.jsp?isrc=b-search-srchbox&N=0&Ntk=P_Title&Ntt=ratha%27s+creature&=Search
is the link to the specific book.

You can probably borrow a copy from a library if the price seems high.

If it is still in print, any new bookstore should order it for you for the cover price and not charge shipping.

Amazon.com has it in stock for less than $4 (US) Just do a search by Clare Bell

Barnes & Noble's website has it for significantly more, about $19 (US)

I think both of those are for used books.

They should ship to Canada.
