change to talktalk broadband.i have it and enjoy 8mg speed and no fluctuation.its going up to 16 meg soon and its FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what this has to do with men's health, but if there are a lot of broadband users all going on line at the same time it can be slow. And especially if you live in a rural area as I do.
