I'm thinking of getting a RAZR, but I heard it breaks easily. Is this true? If so, did they make improvements on it? Tell me your experience with this phone...good and bad.

My wife has a pink V3m. She's had it for 6 months, no problems, except that the interface isn't very user friendly and the battery needs to be charged every day. The picture quality for photos and video is blurry. But, it's pretty slim so it fits in any of her purses. That's why I bought it for her. The only pros are the sleekness, size and optional matching bluetooth headset. Other phone manufacturers have slim phones now. I wouldn't get a Razr. I'm hoping it breaks soon, so I can have a good reason to get her a new phone.

I would never get a razr as long as I live. I work for Cingular customer care and that is the basis of all the problems when it comes to "my phone froze up", "my text messaging/picture messaging isn't working", "my phone's screen isn't turning on.. its dead" and "my keypaid ain't working".. all of those comments (and then some) I hear ATLEAST 25% of the time I am taking calls.. they are razr's.. yes they are a nice phone and they are pretty durable, but the Razr was motorola's downfall. The Krazr is apparently less full of "bugs". If you get it, take my advice and get the extended warranty or insurance for it.. trust me, you will need it after about 6 months.

Nope, but a lot of my friends do. The ones from cingular seem fine, but the Verizon don't. 3 of my friends have the RAZR from verizon and they all got glitches in less then 3 weeks. Things happen such as keys stop working, battery life starts to suck, you may press a button and it takes a few buttons to respond, and it scratches really easily. The thing is it has really cool features and a lot of storage, but I don't think it's worth it. Hope I helped!

I have one! Well I had one. I got my razr last year., and at first it worked fine, but just last month, it broke. It wouldn't charge so when the batterie died, i couldn't charge it up. So i bought another battterie but it still didn't work. It turned out, that it was the phone that didn't work.

i got a razr a month ago, and i love it. everything works nicely, and its rather durable. it takes most common drops, but dont overdo it. you might want a plastic cover for it to ensure safety as well.
