I would count back 29 weeks from now and see when that was. Months have between 4 and 5 weeks in them, so it isn't accurate to go by 4 weeks= 1 month. If you are 29 weeks now, that brings you back to around August 7th. That would estimate to 6 months and about 2 and a half weeks.

Don't let deputy jackass make you feel dumb. I wondered the same thing because if you are pregnant for 9 months multiplied by 4 would mean there are only 36 weeks in pregnancy which is not the case... there are 40. That 40 divided by 4 would mean you are pregnant for 10 months.
I usually just go by the date I am going to be due.. for example I am due May 18th. so on March 18 I say I am 7 months pregnant

0-4 weeks = 1 month
4-8 weeks = 2 months
8-12 weeks = 3 months
12-16 weeks = 4 months
16-20 weeks = 5 months
20-24 weeks = 6 months
24-28 weeks = 7 months
28-32 weeks = 8 months
32-36 weeks = 9 months
36-40 weeks =10 months

Well a month is usually 4 weeks. So you would divide 29 by 4. The result is 7.25. So you have been pregant for a seven months and one week.

Thats kind of hard because some months have more days than other but you are about 71/2 months along because you only 11 weeks left and thats a little over a month and half then you just subtract from 9 months and thats what you get.

Its easier just to tell people that you have 11 weeks to go!!! I think it is considered your 8th month. They count them in lunar months so you are actually pregnant for 10 months. Good luck!
