I don't mind a man complimenting my clothes or giving me some advise if it doesn't look good, but I wouldn't let him tell me outright what to wear...

NO, I do NOT like them to "tell me" which clothes I should wear or order my meal for me or any of that. I DO like them to respect my own opinions and wants and needs and realize I have a mind of my own to think for myself, as nobody can think better for me - than me.
Compliments on the other hand are fine - as long as they are sincere and not a line.

I have managed to dress myself for many years, and know when I look sexy,astonishing and beautiful, in certain clothes, I also have a fully functional brain and my own mind, so I dont need a man to tell me how to dress.......................

I don't like them to telll me what I should wear if they are ordering me but if it's like a suggestion of what I would look nice in I wouldn't mind. It is nice to hear how good you look once in a while.

i usually like to pick my own outfits out and let a guy tell me that i look beautiful or sexy in it

if he is taking me out and paying then there is nothing wrong with that. once my honey was taking me out of town to go to some fancy nightclub. and he told me that i look real sexy in this brown number that I owned. so i wore it. no biggie. last time we were going out i told him to iron his pants and he did.
