A punching bag, car seat, pillow--anything to get the anger out. The most important thing is knowing where that anger is coming from and whether it's justified. I'd recommend a therapist if it is unclear to you why you are angry.

You can buy scrunchie balls anywhere. I wouldn't recommend them though. I think that breathing techniques are much more effective. When you get angry, stop and think for a moment. Think about a place that relaxes you, and repeat a relaxing word or phrase. Breath in slowly from your diaphram( belly ) and release until the anger subsides.
Most anger problems are caused by people feeling unrightly blamed for one thing or another and can't let it go. Remember that it isn't worth it.

Whatever you do don't take drugs/medication. Use a pillow or find a way to channel that anger. Lots of people I know with this problem lift weights to cope with the anger. You could also get a boxing bag. That way when you are angry just punch the bag.

They're called stress balls. But I got a better idea. And it's very SIMPLE!! When you think u are about to blow, just stop everything for a moment, close your eyes, breathin & out slowly. Count to ten and then open ur eyes. You'll be surprised how effective this simple technique can be! GOOD LUCK!!!

i think its called a stress ball. Take ur anger out physically, if its bad, on something NOT alive. If ur just a lil angry or frusterated, think of something that makes u laugh, thats what i do. When i get mad or something, i think about a family guy skit that makes me laugh.
