What are the Big Questions missing from Wired's list?

What questions are missing?

The most glaring omission is, where did the universe itself come from? The various big bang theories extrapolate back to a dense collection of mass and/or energy. But where did that come from? All answers other than "God created it" are simply grasping at straws to avoid considering that answer.
