I would only re-word the last section. My rates are reasonable and I look forward to assisting you, your family and friends. The rest of the add sound great - I would call and/or keep your ad to refer to in the future.

If you are going to be entering people's homes you should have two things.

1: The correct insurance

2: You should become bonded. This means that you have been checked out by the local police and they have given you a certificate saying that you, to the best of their knowledge, are a law abiding citizen. #

Pop into your local police station. They will give you all the details.
Once you have these two things, and neither are expensive, you can add them to your advert.

The advert you have used is ok. Simply add after 'Personal & Community Assistance' by fully insured, bonded and vetted personnel.

Sounds fine.

Get a business liscence, and have a simple "contract" paperwork, stating the agreed upon price for the services so you don't get stiffed.

I think its great! It will probably be expensive because of the length - but covers alot of areas.
