I liked ER when it was first on and through several seasons, but now it seems so old. Whenever I see a commercial for it previewing the upcoming episode, I'm usually dumbfounded that it's still on the air (I rarely watch NBC).
I love Grey's Anatomy now!! I just got caught up on the last 2 episodes, and I have to admit I was teary eyed through parts of it. Cristina got me when she came back to say her goodbye to Meredith, but ended up being there for her awakening. Amazing twists and turns! Love it.

Definitely Grey's Anatomy. I stopped watching ER years ago when all of the original main characters were gone. I love Grey's Anatomy - It actually reminds me a lot of the early years of ER because of it's superb writing and talented cast.

I like Grey's Anatomy better. I don't think it's a very fair assessment though because I've never seen ER.

I have watched ER since the very beggining... I'll always be faithful to it, although Grey's Anatomy is pretty good... I like ER better though because it is more about the medicine... I like medical dramas that are actially about medicine...

Definatly Greys. I don't know about er i think its to serious. But Grey's is amazing, and I can't believe she almost died, and then denny came back for an episode, and everyone's getting marry(ed)(ing), this show's the best. Its worth laughter and tears.

I like Grey's because comedy & drama. ER is so depressing because EVERY week they have something so off the wall happend like a six month pregent woman who is driving home is shot by a stray bullett in shoulder and rams her car into a steel pole. The pole than goes through her leg and flips her car 2 times and the cars goes into the river upside downs. She than goes into labor into water and has to be cut out of the car.

Grey's Anatomy...until ABC changed the nights to Thursdays.
And I'm a confirmed CSI fan so I no longer watch GA.
