there is limewire, which wether it is legal or not I am not sure. There is Aris (same thing) iTunes you pay by the song. The best way that is definatly legal is rhapsody which you pay by the month, but you can get a lot of songs and I think as many as you want.

There is no legal way of downloading music free - who would pay the artist ?. If there was, then there would be no reason to buy cd's and dvd's.
