i'm writing a paper and i need reasons why education is important for development in the global south .. haha

There is not much job oppurtunity in third world countries.. The men have the jobs because they usually feel the women are not as high as them and don't deserve to have a job outside of the home...If women can get a good education then it will open the doors of opportunity for them..

education is important for the future! How would our society be if it was 90% dropouts? Not only that, but for the continuation of women movements and rights to happen, women have to get more education (and it starts early from when they are still girls) in order to get better roles in society and seen as equal and capable, which is normally seen in the US where girls can get an education, as proof education is important, as opposed to the third world countries where since the girl doesn't get an education, they are jsut seen as housewives.

Because women were always considered 2nd class citizens in these countries.Recently women are becoming professionals,given the opportunity.Keep in mind without money,you cannot receive a proper education in the 3rd world.Public education only kicks in until the 6th grade,then it's up to your family to pay for school.Now go do your homework.lol.
