Okay, there is probably going to be another war sometime soon. But, why don't they just have a huge multiplayer session but in real life - much like LaserQuest/Quazar?

There could be a CTF (capture the flag) session if Iran's lag permitted.

Dumb question, dumb (but funny) answers invited!

War doesn't solve anything unless you kill the enemy. Your idea would be futile, they would always want a rematch. If thier dead, or crippled with napalm, they can't muster up the gumption for a rematch. This is not my point of view entirely, it is reality, so don't get all haughty with me if you don't like my answer, hate the world.

A good idea, each country could select a champion and they could fight to the death armed with one large raw fish each, Monty python style. the loosing side would then have to invite all the winning side home for tea and crumpets.

America would only go for it if they can have the biggest, loudest guns and get to run about shouting and doing stunt-man rolls and being terribly gung-ho and manly.

Oh, and they'd still shoot everyone who's on their side, same old situation!
