Just because he's president, doesn't mean he is intelligent, or that he has morals, or that we should stand behind him.
Was it right for the Germans to have stood behind Hitler?
Sometimes a leader is not worthy to have people standing behind him.
By the way, how does one "spit vermin"? Does that mean you have small rodents in your mouth? How did they get there? How far can you spit them?

"The President is merely the most important among a large number of public servants. He should be supported or opposed exactly to the degree which is warranted by his good conduct or bad conduct, his efficiency or inefficiency in rendering loyal, able, and disinterested service to the Nation as a whole. Therefore it is absolutely necessary that there should be full liberty to tell the truth about his acts, and this means that it is exactly necessary to blame him when he does wrong as to praise him when he does right. Any other attitude in an American citizen is both base and servile. To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else."
-Teddy Roosevelt (Republican)

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."
-- Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials
This guy is incompetant at his job, it doesn't matter whether he is a liberal or a conservative, he is simply bad at his job. If he worked for me, I would have fired him a long time ago.

The only place he is leading us is into oblivion! He has effectively undone 250 years of hard work and sacrifice by much, much better men than he ever dreamed of being. Following this man blindly is tantamount to treason."To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President right or wrong, is not only un patriotic and servile, but it is morally treasonable to the American Public!" So the same can be said of Jim Jones followers.
When you know that someone is doing something wrong in the name of your country it is your duty to call them out on it!!
When the president decided to go after Al Qaeda for the 9/11 attacks everyone was behind that.
Then with the attention directed to Iraq--even in light of the fact that not all of Al Qaeda was dealt with properly--That was my first red flag.
Why was this so important to the president and the administration?
Why do you think that GHW Bush didn't go after Saddam when Schwartzkopf told him that it would be easy and what he wanted to do??
I believe that even though GHW had globalist aspirations he knew that by invading Iraq and arresting Saddam it would be exactly what it is today----A sectarian quagmire that none of the peoples involved are willing to bend in the least and will fight to the death to promote their agendas within the Muslim teachings and beliefs.
And here's the bigger issue to me.
We now have an administration filled with oil men and men who make their fortunes around military contracts.
Genocide and acts of human atrocities are going on in countries all over the world ---and we choose to fight in Iraq---even though anyone paying attention knows that Saddam had no ties to Al Qaeda or Osama---What else could be the motivations---the privatization of Iraq's natural resources perhaps?
And I am supposed to support a president who would ask our brave men and women of our military to be his muscle to ensure his future financial windfall???
Absolutely NOT!!!
I would love to stand behind a just President. I don't think this one is!!!

Democracy thrives on difference of opinion. Without the loyal opposition the leadership will run amok. Only those who walk in lockstep like sheep to the slaughter or lemmings cause dicators to rise.

Presidents come and go. They are put in power by whom the Vatican chooses. Elections are just theater to keep the sheeple in this country happy and ignorant of what's really going on behind the scenes. Your vote won't change anything.

It is NOT my duty to blindly follow any man.It IS my duty to question anyone who has egregiously misused the office of Prasident of The United States. This is not a dictatorship, where authority is never questioned. The fact that we are free to oppose those in leadership openly and freely is the secret to our greatness.
The only trouble I see is from those who would have us fall in step behind this man. They're the same ones who are trying to foist their theocratic vision of religious dictatorship on the rest of us.
