Pink Floyd...?

What do you think of them? What are your favorites?

I love Pink Floyd. They are dark and mysterious...in a weird (but good) way. They went where no other band had went before. Their music was "out there". There will never be another Pink Floyd.

Some of my favorites....High Hopes, Time, Two Suns In The Sun Set, A Pillow Of Winds, Mother, Comfortably Numb, Wish You Were Here, Us And Them.....simply put, ALL of them!

I just LOVE Pink Floyd. They are a classic band that will always hold a special place in my CD binder.

I like the years between Syd being kicked out and Roger's domination. Their music was great then.

Pink Floyd is great, their music wasn't really like anything else out. My favorite song by them is also probably Comfortably Numb.

Extremely Psychodeliac, they started the whole era with Syd Barret on Piper at the Gates of Dawn.
Dark Side of the Moon is undoubtly their best.
The Wall is second
Wish You Were here is another great album, along with Animals.
Comfortably numb is my favorite song, followed by wish you were here, shine on you crazy diamond, and another brick in the wall and money, and us and them

I like them enough to own most of their early work through "The Wall".

Although many people say "Dark Side of the Moon" is their best, I still would go for "Animals" as my all-time favorite PF album.

My all time PF song?
"Comfortably Numb".

One of my all time bands but I think I'm in a small minority : my favorite stuff is still pre-Darkside. The original Syd Barrett band were incredible and so were albums like Meddle and the live half of Ummagumma. All time favorite song, "Echoes".
