I'd avoid anything with too many L's, because of your last name. It's just hard to say. Out of the ones you have suggested, Ava sounds the best when said aloud, very sophisticated.

I don't think Elle is a good one, only because it runs together with your last name- can't tell where the first name ends and the last name begins. So, are you pregnant, or wanting to start a family with your husband, or are you 12 and just fooling around on the computer? If the latter, hopefully you will have a different last name if and when you have a baby!

I really like Elle, I thought of naming my one month old Ava but way to many people were using the name for me.

A good idea is to research your family see what names are pleasant to hear and easy to say. Try to stay away from trendy or rhyming names. Name your daughter as you see fit. Since I have 3 daughters and 3 step daughters, I call them all my own. Each child is unique but conside the nick names before you tag her with something she will hate when she's older.

Good Luck,
