Are you asking about alien spacecraft or UFOs in general? A UFO isn't necessarily a spacecraft (flying saucer), it's anything flying that cannot be identified. Balloons, strange lights, airplanes, etc. can be UFOs and therefore 'real'. People through the years have been seeing something, but it seems strange to me that no one has real proof of a spaceship to this day.

There's hardly any evidence that UFO's exist, and when UFO's have existed, nobody's shot at the UFO or anything to determine what it actually was, unless you read a lot of made-up documentary crap
