It's a fairly friendly city. It's not hard to find a job there, but it's hard to find a good paying job. The cost of living is reasonable, the climate is terrific. great mountains surround Tucson making for tremendous views and killer sunsets. Unlike Los Angeles- the air is clean and we have seismic stabililty.

On the downside- no beach.

With now over a million people in the metro area- it's long lost it's cowboy image, but there is still a flair for the southwest, native american and mexican culture. It's not very metropolitan for a city with this many people.

observing your information, Metro Phoenix would be terrific and it fairly is extra advantageous than 4 cases extra advantageous than Metro Tuscon, yet once you will purchase/hire a house, than circulate north to the suburbs mutually with ask your self, Peoria, or Northern Glendale, Chandler and Gilbert are incredibly good suburbs too, yet they're southwest of Phoenix. As for the hispanics, they're unfolded yet are specially in the Maryvale and Alhambra neighborhoods of Phoenix. And while you're renting an apartment than you're able to circulate to Deer Valley, it incredibly is an city village/community of Phoenix or the northern suburbs, yet basically be certain you reside out of Maryvale, Alhambra, and areas of South Mountain, all of those are neighborhoods of Phoenix. you're able to no longer circulate to those in any respect, I circulate from l. a. to the Maryvale area of Phoenix, and that i hate it here, we did no longer hear to everybody who mentioned it replaced into undesirable... oh and sorry for the long answer...
