sorry im only 5'3 118 pounds the most i can lift is 230.... darn lol and im only 14 so u gotta give me my props!

Just picking someone up isn't that hard. I'm 5'5'' 170 pounds and I lifted a guy who weighed more than 300 pounds on my back for a Judo toss in martial arts class. It wasn't even THAT hard. If you're asking if someone can lift you up over their head or something crazy like that, yeah, you'd need someone a bit stronger.
Also, when doing the Judo toss, it's all in the legs. I suspect quiet a few smaller wrestlers could take you off your feet with a double leg takedown as well. Never underestimate leg strength.

It depends. Usually in pro wrestling it requires cooperation to do it for a move like a vertical suplex or a gorilla slam. By the way I've met Melina Perez when she was working at a company called the Empire Wrestling Federation. She is really one classy lady.

lol i know i could for sure....I was a halibut guide in alaska and boated a 380 pound fish 11 feet long by myself and im only 6 foot and 180 pounds...but im built like a brick wall
