I have a 10 watt solar panel. I want to charge a car battery with it. What other equipment or peripherals I would need?
Thank you

That panel is too small to charge a car battery. You won't get more than half an amp out of it.

you can charge a battery with that solar panel if you have a means of connecting it to the battery. many people who have boats or campers which have car batteries in them use the pannels to keep the battery charged. you should have something on there to prevent an over charge thats it.

A battery charger... ya hook the battery charger up to the solar panel. then hook up the charger, and you should be good to go... just make sure the battery charger can work on 10 watts.

I think all you'd need is a diode and a set of clips to attach to the battery terminals. I know J.C. Whitney sells ready-to-go kits for doing that.
