My son is 11 months old, and he has a cold.?

Just the other day I noticed small red spots around his left ear and cheek. His ear has had a clear and then milky looking discharge.
His hands have small pussy bumps on his fingers as well.
I'm taking him to the doctor soon, but does anyone have any idea at all what this might be?

His cold may have lead to an ear infection. It's very common. Get him to a doctor ASAP to prevent further or worsening pain. Make sure they give him an antibiotic.
